I opened up a design studio in Lafayette, CA in January. It's a small space, so I had to be creative in terms of maximizing the square footage to provide adequate work space (like a large oversized work table); storage for all of my "design sample" inventory; an area to display the furniture line that I'm representing (Robin Bruce); and showcasing samples of upholstery work done by my office mates (Jesennie's Upholstery).
