In the past few years, I have noticed that a huge percentage of my clients are drawn to blue and have asked that the color blue be incorporated into their residential interior design projects. The vignette in the photo above is from my office- so fun!

Today I wanted to share a ‘before and after’ of another area in my home. It’s a funky little seating area right off of the kitchen. It has furniture and a piece of art that I inherited from my parents along with a teak bench that I purchased about 20 years ago.

My clients have two young daughters and needed this bathroom to more efficient with storage and space. They wanted a timeless design in their 100 year old home that would transition with the girls as they grow from playing in the bathtub as toddlers, to maximizing space needed for makeup, hairdryers, etc as they become teenagers.
