A beautiful headboard can add drama to the design of your bedroom and create a focal point in your interior space.

While custom headboards (like the one that I designed above) are beautiful, they can be pricey as well. I've recently fallen in love with a few headboards that I've seen featured on One Kings Lane, that are affordably priced and look like they are well made.

Bedford Nailhead Headboard in Talc $399-$489

A neutral headboard is the 'safe' way to go if you plan on changing your bedroom color scheme regularly.

I love the lilac one above, not only because of the color, but the shape. This headboard would be pretty with soft green bedding and floral pillows.

Navy can be a 'neutral' too -- and the color will hide any stains. Good for kids' bedrooms!

Noelle Wingback Headboard Indigo Batik, $639-$729

Go boho with a mudcloth fabric! I actually really love this headboard and am contemplating it for our guest bedroom!

This headboard would look so cute in a girls room styled with bright pinks! Love!
